Bail Bonds

When your friend or family member finds themselves in jail, a bail amount is established by the courts.  When that amount is financially too much, you contact us for a bail bond.  We pay the full amount of the bail.  You pay us a small percentage only.  Once we post bail, your friend or family member is released. The defendant must keep all of their scheduled court appearances.

Once bail has been established, just call us.  We handle all the details for you.  We find out which jail your friend or family member is being housed.  We contact all the people to arrange the bail amount.  We handle all of the paperwork for you.  We have a lot of experience and make this process simple for you — and more importantly faster for the defendant’s release.

Rates:

We are one of the few bail bond agencies in the State of California to offer an 8% rate in addition to the standard 10% rate all others require.  So, here is how this works:

  1. Once a person has been arrested and jailed, a bail amount is specified by the courts.  Often that amount is too expensive for many people.
  2. You contact our bail bonds company and we make arrangements to pay the full bail amount to release the defendant.
  3. You pay our company the percentage of either 8% (if you qualify) or 10% of the full bail amount to our company for this service, unless we make payment arrangements with you.
  4. We handle contacting the jail and courts to arrange all the details of the release for you.  We handle the paperwork.
  5. The defendant must appear at all scheduled court appointments.
  6. If we have arranged a payment plan for the bail bond with you, you must make those payments.
