How Long Does It Take To Get Out Of Jail?

We have the experience to get you out of jail quickly.  The amount of time that the defendant is held depends on the jail where they are being held and the completion of the booking process.  Generally, city jails will release the defendant within an hour of receiving completed paperwork and county jails vary between 2-12 hours.  We do everything we can to make it a fast and easy process.
